The Streamtz name, logo, and website design are owned by Streamtz. Trademarks and content featured through embedded servers belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamtz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
